Day 1 Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport (GAU) / Guwahati Railway Station (GHY) and Transfer to Shillong - Guest will be received by our representative and assist in boarding the vehicle for forwarding journey to Shillong - It is a drive of nearly 3 ½ hours - 04 hours drive ovber a distance of approximately 135 kilometers - On the way visit Umium Lake - Umiam Lake is a reservoir located in the hills 15 kilometers from Shillong in the state of Meghalaya, India - It is spread over 220 square kilometers - Next drive to Shillong - The rolling hills around the town reminded the European settlers of Scotland - Hence known as the "Scotland of the East - Check in Hotel - Evening free to stroll around the area / Police Bazaar - Enroute visit Umium Lake - Check in Hotel - Overnight in Shillong

Day 2 Excursion to Cherrapunjee - Early morning breakfast - It is approximately 60 kilometers and is nearly 02 hours drive one way by road - Today morning after breakfast excursion to Cherrapunjee - Visit Dwan Syiem view point, Noh kalikai falls, Mawsmai caves, Seven Sister falls, Eco park etc - The swift flowing rivers and streams flow in a southernly direction to the plains - Other attractions are Caves & view of Bangladesh (Neighbouring country) - Visit Dwan Syiem view point, Noh kalikai falls, Mawsmai caves, Seven Sister falls, Eco park etc - Later drive back to Shillong - On the way visit to Shillong Peak & Elephant Falls - In the evening, one can go for shopping at Police Bazar - Overnight in Shillong

Day 3 Shillong - Dawki - Mawlynnong - Shillong - It is approximately 85 kilometers and is nearly 2 ½ hours drive one way - After breakfast excursion to Dawki river The Indo Bangladesh Border and then to Mawlynnong (The cleanest village in Asia) - Mawlynnong nestled in the pristine hill state of Meghalaya, is along the Indo-Bangla border - This nice and colourful little village is known for its cleanliness - The village offers many interesting sights such as the living root bridge and another strange natural phenomenon of a boulder balancing on another rock - Residential facilities are still scarce and are in the process of being developed, the existing one constructed from bamboo and thatch is quite hospitable - It is an artist's delight and would titillate creative writers and poets - Drive back to Shillong - Evening visit Local markets - Over night in Shillong

Day 4 Local Sightseeing in Shillong - Full day Local sightseeing in Shillong including The city’s own Ward’s Lake is popular for short garden walks & boating - The Botanical Garden offers plethora of indigenous and exotic plants & rare collection of orchids - Lady Hydari Park is a Japanese style landscaped park endowed with streaches of roses & exquisite flowers - One of the largest Golf courses in Asia is an 18 hole Golf Course is charted amidst a surging valley full of thick pine groves & rhododendron trees - Spend the evening in the splendid arena - The State Museum is a display of the lifestyle and heritage of the people of Meghalaya - Shillong and its surrounding is dotted with splendid waterfalls cascading down deep valleys forming misty sparks as they break the silence of the surroundings - Elephant Falls is a mountain stream gorging down two successive falls set in dells of fern covered rocks - For the Bird’s eye view of Shillong, one can take a stand at Shillong Peak -Overnight in Shillong

Day 5 Transfer from Shillong to Kaziranga - Early morning breakfast - Next one has to drive nearly 7 - 7 ½ hour over approximately a distance of 330 kilometers - Along N H 40, S H 18, A H 1 / N H 37 - After breakfast drive to Kaziranga - Kaziranga National Park is a national park in the Golaghat and Nagaon districts of the state of Assam, India - A World Heritage Site, the park hosts two-thirds of the world's great one-horned rhinoceroses - Four main types of vegetation exist in this park - These are alluvial inundated grasslands, alluvial savanna woodlands, tropical moist mixed deciduous forests, and tropical semi-evergreen forests - Kaziranga is recognized as an Important Bird Area by BirdLife International for conservation of avifaunal species - Check in at hotel / resort - Evening free to stroll around the area - Overnight stay at Kaziranga

Day 6 Kazaringa Forest Activities - Early morning one can enjoy Elephant ride in the park - Elephant riding time are: 1st Ride- 5.15-6.15 AM; 2nd ride: 6.30-7.30 AM - Return to hotel / Resort for Breakfast - The highest density of tigers among protected areas in the world and was declared a Tiger Reserve in 2006 - The park is home to large breeding populations of elephants, wild water buffalo, and swamp deer After breakfast free for leisure or you can visit tea plantations, rubber plantations. Day 7 Transfer from Kaziranga to Majuli & sightseeing - Early morning drive to Majuli the biggest River Island in the world and seat of Baishnavite monasteries - Guests will cross-mighty Brahmaputra on a ferry to reach this historic Island - A distance of approximately 135 kilometers and is nearly 02 hours drive & 1 ½ Hours ferry ride - Morning after breakfast depart by car for Majuli. En-route crossing mighty Brahmaputra River by ferry - Arrive and check in at the traditionally built cottages - Afternoon explore Majuli visiting the Satras, the birth place of Vaishnavite culture in Assam and the tribal villages - Evening visit to a nearby sand beach in Brahmaputra to witness the sunset - Dinner and overnight at the resort - As per the availability of the room it might be at Neemati in that case we have to cross the Brahmaputra that will take another 1 ½ hrs, timing of the ferry depends on the river condition - Night stay at Majuli Overnight stay at the Hotel or Government Circuit house - Night stay at Majuli

Day 8 Transfer from Majuli to Nameri National Park - After Breakfast check out from the hotel - Next drive to Nameri National Park - It is approximately 210 kilometers and is nearly 04 - 05 hours drive by road Museum - The Nameri National Park of 200 square kilometers located in the Sonitpur district, bordering Arunachal Pradesh and it is also the core area of Nameri Tiger Reserve (344 square kilometers) - It is the home of Mammals like Elephant, Tiger, leopard, Sambar,Barking deer, Hog Deer, Wild Boar,Gaur, slow loris,gaplangur, Burmese ferret badger, and over 350 species of birds including White-winged Wood Duck, Ibisbill (uncommon), Ruddy Kingfisher, Palla’sfishing eagle,Lesser Adjutant stork , Greater spotted eagle, Rufous necked hornbill, Great pied Indian hornbill, Wreathed hornbill, Long-billed Ringed Plover, etc - The river Jia - Bhoroli - One can enjoy rafting in the Jia Bhoroli river in the south western boundary - Check into the hotel - Night stay at nameri

Day 10 Transfer to Tawang - After breakfast transfer to Tawang - On the way visit war cemetery - Continue with the drive till you reach Sela Pass at an altitude of 4114 meters i.e. 13494 feet - It is famous for high altitude lakes & scenic beauty & is ideal for ice skating during winter - The inhabitants of the districts are all of Monpa tribes except Shyo village which is dominated by people of Tibetian origin - Visiting the famous Sela Pass is a thrilling experience on the way to Tawang - Also enroute pass Dirang valley - Stop at Jaswant Garh War Memorial - Legend has it that Jaswant (Mahavir Chakra Awardee (Posthumous) of 4th Batallion Garhwal Rifles, fought a lone battle against the Invading Chinese during the 1962 war - His spirit is still believed to protect the place) - Check into Hotel - Evening free to stroll around the area or free for shopping - Overnight stay in Tawang
