Day 2 Transfer Nameri to Dirang - After Early Morning breakfast - Transfer to Dirang - It is approximately 170 kilometers and is nearly 06 - 07 hours drive by road - Dirang is a small town in the West Kameng district of Arunachal Pradesh - It is located about 43 kilometers from Bomdila on the way to Tawang - Dirang is a small town on the bank of river Kameng also known as Jia Bharali in Assam - Later spend some time at the Yak breeding farm at Dirang Valley and Apple Orchard - One can visit the Kalachakra Gumpha and holy Hot Spring - Check into hotel - Dirang market can also be a good place spend an evening to buy local artefacts - Night Stay at Dirang
Day 3 Transfer from Dirang to Tawang - After breakfast drive to Tawang - Its nearly 110 kilometers and requires a minimum of 05 - 06 hours drive by road - Stop and visit the snowcapped Sella Pass at 14000 feet, which runs through a small ridge and along a placid lake called the Paradise Lake, and Trout hatchery at Nuranang just below the pass before entering the land of Lamaist Buddhist Monastaery - Next is Jaswant Garh War Memorial - Legend has it that Jaswant (Mahavir Chakra Awardee (Posthumous) of 4th Batallion Garhwal Rifles, fought a lone battle against the Invading Chinese during the 1962 war - His spirit is still believed to protect the place) - Check into Hotel - Evening free to stroll around the area or free for shopping - Overnight stay in Tawang
