You can reach Darjeeling from Siliguri by two modes, you may take the taxi or bus to reach your destination in 3 hours or take the toy train to enjoy the scenic view all the way up and reach your destination in 7 hours. Sikkim on the other hand is just four-hour drive from here.
Darjeeling is world famous for its tea plantation and tea leaf production. The best time to visit this place is from April to June and from October to December.
